Easy Returns via Store, Post or Courier

Caulfield Industrial  are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

  • 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ XT-ZR Pro: The sensational coarse cleaning disc for steel, iron, non-ferrous metals, rust, alloys, composite materials and paint Nylon fiber construction is integrated. Our discs effectively remove rust, paint, scale, coatings and adhesives from surfaces without significantly altering the base material.

  • Enjoy improved conformability while maintaining strength when pre-treating metal surfaces or removing rust and paint with the Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™+ XT Pro Heavy Duty Disc. The disc features a combination of newly developed fiber bundles, synthetic resin and silicon carbide abrasives that together form a thick, open web. The springy nature of the fibers allows the disc to conform more closely to the contours of the workpiece. This increases the contact area and the removal. It conforms to weld beads to polish welds without removing them. It also allows you to work in hard-to-reach places without damaging the workpiece.
  • Super fast coating removal and surface preparation
  • Due to its strong abrasion, the silicon carbide ensures an excellent surface quality. Unwanted burrs, dirt and contaminants are effectively removed without changing the shape of the workpiece. This in turn reduces rework and increases productivity. Gaps in the fleece also allow abrasion to be removed, minimizing clogging of the abrasive. The strengthening resin bond gradually breaks down as you work to reveal new fiber bundles and new super-sharp silicon carbide abrasive. This ensures a constant removal rate over the entire service life. The high-strength fibers counteract tearing and also deliver excellent results on edges.
  • Rapid tool change without using a changing tool: Another benefit is the Roloc™ quick-change system. The Roloc™+ recording captures the entire pane. This ensures improved strength and ease of use. It also allows the disc to be used edge-to-edge to clean corner welds and other hard-to-reach areas. The disc attaches quickly and easily to a Roloc™ backing pad (sold separately) that connects to the power tool. This minimizes set-up and connection times and increases productivity.
