Brady 145582 Clear Gate Valve Lockout is available to buy online at Caulfield Industrial. Gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle. This device's unique knockout centre fits OS and Y or "rising stem" valves.

  • Device is made of extremely rugged injection-moulded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance
  • Supplied with English, Spanish and French danger labels
  • Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety
  • Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8" diameter
  • Transparent gate valve covers allow visual inspection of the valve position and condition without having to remove the lockout device
