Clauss No-Nik Wire Strippers

For removing insulation mechanically with no nicks, cuts or scrapes to the conductor. Mechanically strip fibre optics, which formerly had to be stripped chemically or thermally because of nicking.

Features:

• Plastic heads make contact with insulation and support wire on both sides of stripping blade
• Plastic head centring device centres wire perfectly enabling precise insulation scoring and removal
• Back-up-blades support stripping blades in a "sandwich" and nest positively and "lock-up" when tool is closed to maintain perfect concentricity
• Stripping blades fabricated of finest razor blade steel, scores insulation completely around the conductor
• Stripping blade diameter clearly marked on plastic head
• Stripping blade indication arrow indicates the direction pressure should be applied when stripping
• Stripping apertures accurate to -0", +0.0005" (0.0127 mm)
• Simple operation
• Insulation being removed protects conductor from stripping blades
• Made to strip specific wire sizes, handles are colour-coded by size of cutter holes for easy identification
