Caulfield Industrial  are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

Mitutoyo 293-130 0-1" High-accuracy Sub-Micron Micrometre

 

This Micrometer enables 0.1μm resolution measurements and is ideal for customers who need to make highly accurate measurements with a hand-held tool (such as Gauge R & R analysis).

Features:
  • Enabling .000005”/ 0.1μm resolution measurement, this micrometre is ideal for customers who need to make highly accurate measurements with a hand-held tool
  • A highly rigid frame and high-performance constant-force mechanism enable more stable measurement, while the clicks emitted while the workpiece is being measured assure the operator that measurement is proceeding normally
  • Body heat transferred to the instrument is reduced by a (removable) heat shield, minimizing the error caused by thermal expansion of the frame when performing handheld measurements
  • The ABS (absolute) rotary sensor also eliminates the need to perform origin setting each time the power is turned on, letting you start measuring straight away. With no possibility of over speed errors, the High-Accuracy Digimatic Micrometer also delivers a higher level of reliability
  • It delivers higher accuracy without sacrificing operability, by using Mitutoyo‘s innovative 0.1 μm resolution ABS (absolute) rotary sensor and high accuracy screw machining technology which reduces instrumental error to just 0.5 μm
  • Its highly rigid frame and high-performance constant-force mechanism (7-9N) enable more stable measurement
