Caulfield Industrial is excited to present the digital callipers from the Mitutoyo 500 series. This extremely precise set of callipers allows you to measure in four different ways and provides you with a number of different functions and ways of utilising the measured data.
It measures to an accuracy of 0.01mm or 0.0005’’ and incorporates a large LCD display where readings are prominently displayed. It has settings that allow for measurements to be done in both imperial and metric units. Its memory function not only allows for multiple measurements to be taken and stored but also enables you to download them to a computer or a printer (optional switch required for data hold).
These digital callipers in the UK incorporate the Quadri feature that allows you to take four-way measurements. These are external measurements, internal measurements, step measurements, and depth measurements. The accuracy of the callipers remains constant no matter what type of measurement is taken.
For further accuracy, it has been programmed with the ABSolute precision function which sets the origin point of the measurement permanently unless of course, you decide to change it. Thus, over speed errors are a thing of the past.
