Caulfield Industrial are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. Description

The TS5100 Controller is a time/power source for the TS5000 Rotary Microvalve. Microprocessor based, it provides adjustable DC outputs from 6 to 24 volts, for motor drive. The digital time-set display shows motor on-time, both forward and reverse, from 1millisecond to 99.99 seconds. Motor activation is foot switch initiated, or can be tied to a machine actuated linit switch. An extra limit switch port is available to coordinate valve location in "Z" travel relative to dispense cycle initiation. Air adjustment for the syringe feed can be made from the unit's front panel.
