Trend LOCK JIG Lock Recessing JigThis jig uses a set of interchangeable templates and with a router will cut the mortise and face-plate recess for popular door locks
For most common sash mortises and dead locks, with up to 3 inch deep mortises and a 7/8 inch or 1 inch face-plate
Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable size of auger bit
Fast, clean and accurate results on doors 34 mm to 58 mm thick, even in hardwood
Steel plates and body
The jig requires a plunge router with a 80 mm plunge, fitted with a 30 mm guide bush with 6 mm spigot and 12 mm diameter long reach cutter
