Caulfield Industrial is proud to include these Washington Mills shot blast supplies alongside our selection of drills and grinders. We know that sand blasting is vital when you are going to be applying a finish to an object. If the surface you are coating has not been cleaned properly, it will affect the performance of the coating. With these abrasive aluminium oxide grains on sale, however, you will be able to clean metal quickly and easily.

What makes Washington Mills’ blasting material, Blastite, so successful is it that is consists of extra-strong crystalline block shapes with numerous razor-sharp edges. As a result of this, the blasting grains are able to consistently penetrate corroded pieces leaving you with a clean surface that is ready for a coating.

Another reason to get the shot blast material today is that, unlike other abrasive materials, it can be blasted through either a wet or a dry pressure blasting system. What’s more, it will not deteriorate while being exposed to the atmosphere, nor will it react to alkalis and acids.

The shot blast media on offer comes in 25 kg bags. In addition, we sell a variety of grades, including fine, medium and coarse, so that you can select the right shot blasting media for your particular job, whether you are doing general steel cleaning duties, or removing heavy corrosion.

As well as offering you these shot blast supplies online, Caulfield Industrial is also able to order other blasting media upon request.
