WERNER MINIMAX Platform & Tower System

MiniMax towers are easy to assemble, highly adaptable modular units that will get safely to the heights you need to scale! As an entry level trade tower, it offers a lightweight access system that is easy to transport and store. Perfect for use inside and out, MiniMax will fit easily through standard doorways and corridors.  Designed with ease of assembly in mind, MiniMax can be easily erected by one person in a quick, two-stage assembly process. Although the tower is entirely mobile, locking castors give added security and peace of mind.

• Base Pack:  The Minimax tower system is modular and you start with the Base Pack. This will allow you a working height of roughly 2.6m and is the foundation to add other MiniMax packs that will take you up to 7.5m of safe height.
• Guardrail Packs: Minimax Guard Rail systems are used to extend the base pack height to 3.7m working height or in conjunction with base pack and extension packs to take you to 5.7m or 7.8m working height. 
• Extension Pack 2m: Minimax extnesion pack is used to increase the height of the modular Minimax Platform system by 2 meters
• Stabilisers: stabilisers for use on 3.7m to 7.8m working height Minimax configurations. Attach one stabiliser to each corner of tower and fix the bottom clamp as low as possible. Ensure all rubber feet are in contact with the ground and the clamps are secure. 
• Adjustable Legs: If the ground is uneven or sloping you will need to fit adjustable legs. Turn the base unit upside down so that the wheels are facing upwards. We recommend that two persons are required to ease the process. Using a 19mm spanner loosen the fixing bolt and remove the castor from the base. Follow the instructions in the adjustable leg pack to change the large castor spigot to the smaller one supplied in the pack. Insert the castor into an adjustable leg and then retighten the fixing bolt with the spanner, following the instructions. Repeat this process for the other castors and adjustable legs. Insert the four leg and castor assemblies into the base unit. Turn the base the correct way up with the wheels on the ground. Use a spirit level to check the base unit is level. Adjust the legs as necessary, to level the base unit. Important - Only use the adjustable legs to level the base and not to gain extra height.

Easy Returns via Store, Post or Courier

Caulfield Industrial  are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
