Model DJR186 is a cordless sabre or reciprocating saw. This version is body only and requires power from a Makita slide-on LXT 18V Lithium-ion battery. The design offers you high cutting efficiency and more durability. A saber or reciprocating saw is an extremely useful tool. The DJR features tool-less blade change. It has a variable speed trigger and an electric brake, giving you complete control. The soft grip handle with an anti-slip elastomer wrap offers comfort and helps minimize vibration. With the wide variety of blade types available, you can cut wood, metal and plastic. With the right blade, it is possible to cut mild steel pipe, railway sleepers or pruning trees.
