Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

The Mitutoyo 178-390 standard detector for Surftest SJ-201 and SJ-301 surface roughness testers which is ideal for use on shop floors, machining, statistical processing, histogram-based data management and quality-control applications.

Features:
  • Diamond stylus tip material and radius for precision surface roughness detection
  • Built-in skid force of 400 mN, or less, and measuring forces such as 4 Nm (SJ-301), or 0.75 Nm (SJ-210)
  • Comes in a variety of detector types, including standard and deep groove, with varying head sizes
  • Connects with Surftest drive unit for operation
