Caulfield Industrial  are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Caulfields and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

Mitutoyo 516-903-11 81 Blocks Gauge Block Sets

 

Mitutoyo 81 piece gauge block set, made of high-chromium steel with an ultra-micro-lapped surface finish heat treated and aged to give good wear resistance. Excellent inter-set wringing properties. Mitutoyo gauge blocks meet or exceed all known specifications.

These gauge blocks are manufactured from heat treated high chrome steel, giving resistance to corrosion and superior resistance to wear. All sets are supplied with a certificate of inspection.

Features:
  • Made of high-quality alloy steel, carefully heat treated and stress relieved for high stability and precision lapped for good wringing properties, slightly rounded edges
  • Each gauge block is marked with an identification number
  • Gauge block hardness is 800 HV (64 HRC) for high wear resistance
  • Gauge block sets are placed in their wooden storage box immediately after calibration
  • Tolerance grade Inspection - For calibrating and setting test gauges, reference gauges, and for adjusting length measuring instruments as well as for accurate testing in quality control
