Norton Rapid Blend is specifically engineered to provide the best in refining applications. With its closed, silicon carbide structure, the Rapid Blend cuts freely with minimal heat, making it perfect for refining even the smallest of defects whilst providing a consistent satin like finish. The Rapid Blend also resists loading allowing it to be used on a wide range ferrous and non-ferrous materials.Non woven depressed center finishing discs are a combination of strong synthetic mesh and quality abrasives, bonded together by a smear resistant adhesive. They are ideal for use on portable tools to clean and remove imperfections on metal surfaces, clean, deburr or finish a variety of surfaces, blend weld seams, or create decorative finishes. The open construction of the non woven material enables aggressive cutting action and improved surface finish while maintaining its non loading feature.
