Trend ECL/JIG Euro Cylinder Lock Barrel Jig

This ergonomic and simple to use jig allows for the recess for a Euro Lock Cylinder barrel to be routed out effortlessly. Made from premium high pressure, 12mm thick laminate. This jig is built to last.

Features:

The jig is designed to give a 1 mm clearance around the barrel
Allows 16 mm diameter hole for handle spindle to be routed
Holes for use with 2.75 mm diameter Trend Snappy drill bit guide for marking handle lock plate at 40 mm centres
Made from 12 mm thick High-Pressure Laminate for longer life
Long rotating edge stops for use with 44 mm doors with leading edge
Reversible design

All items must be returned to Caulfields in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Caulfield Industrial reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
